Ron George
Co-Owner and President
At the helm of Advanced Alarm & Fire, Inc. with 39 years of experience as an electrician and fire and security alarm professional, Ron brings invaluable technical knowledge and low-voltage experience to the table. From fostering relationships with business owners to keeping up with the latest technology in the alarm world, he has put in countless hours to building the business, which opened its door in 1991. When he’s not involved with project management details or assisting clients, he enjoys working on his cars, playing the guitar and participating with his church’s worship team.

Ed Corpus
Co-Owner and CFO
Joining Advanced Alarm & Fire in 1995, Ed brings 37 years of experience in the alarm industry. As co-owner of the company, this U.S. Marine veteran, has come a long way from his modest upbringing in the city of Compton. His career in the alarm business started in 1984 as an alarm installer for a home security company and he has never looked back. His unwavering values of honesty, integrity and hard work has strengthened relationships with clients turning many of them into long-term clients. Heavily involved with business strategy and marketing efforts at Advanced Alarm & Fire he finds work/life balance by riding his Harley motorcycle and surfing on the weekends.

Jaylene Taylor-Angdahl
Business Manager
Originally from Oregon state, this animal loving, novice baker and mom of two, joined the Advanced Alarm & Fire team in 2013. With her 12 years of finance and administrative experience she keeps a magnifying glass on the business’s books and records, manages employee on-boarding and time-keeping as well as preparing critical reports for active projects. When she is not managing a tight ship around the office, she enjoys spending time off up in the mountains to breathe in the fresh air and play in its clear blue lakes with her family.

Esai Rubio
System Sales Engineer
Starting with Advanced Alarm and Fire in 2020, Esai comes from several years with a building services company managing teams of twenty plus employees in the maintenance division. Although still young in his career, he is an integral part of the Sales Team, producing pre-engineered plans and project estimates for both tenant improvement and new build commercial projects ranging from medical offices to big box retail stores and hotels to multi-family dwellings. His most recent project win was a Fire Alarm system for a medium-sized apartment community in Downtown Los Angeles. As a Long Beach native and Wilson High Graduate, you can find him unwinding from the work week with family and friends at Auto Shows and race events all over LA and Orange County, including the Long Beach Grand Prix.

Greg Gomez
System Sales Engineer
A seasoned 10 year veteran in the Fire Protection industry, Greg started his career as a Driver and then was promoted to Purchaser and Shop Foreman before joining the Advanced Alarm and Fire team in 2021. In his current role, he prepares pre-engineered plans and estimates project costs for fire alarm systems as well as other low voltage security solutions that a client may need. Working on a variety of projects from schools to apartment complexes, his latest accomplishment was receiving a winning bid on a large hotel in Garden Grove, CA. When he is not reading construction plans and mapping out alarm systems, he enjoys the art of drawing and working on automobiles – his latest project being a ’79 Honda CB750 motorcycle.
Emma Reyes
Account Manager
As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, Emma has a strong drive for nurturing relationships with clients. With a strong management background, she is eager to assist customers with scheduling, estimates, and coordinating service calls. Outside of familiarizing herself with the in’s & out’s of the fire & security alarm world, she can be found cycling down the coastline, hiking along trails, or taking photos with her vintage film cameras.
